General Terms & Conditions

These General Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all bookings, activities, and use of
facilities operated by Padel Powers s.r.o. (“Padel Powers”, “we”, “our”) at any of our padel
locations.
By making a booking, participating in an activity, or entering our facilities, you agree to these
Terms.

• All bookings must be made via our official booking system or directly with Padel Powers staff.

• Payment is required at the time of booking, either in cashless form or via credits in your
  customer account.
• Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received.

• You may cancel a booking up to 24 hours before the start to receive a full refund of
  credits to your account.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking start are non-refundable.
• For our outdoor locations: If play is not possible due to adverse weather, we will refund
  credits to your account, regardless of notice period.
• Refunds are made in credits only and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Players under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

• All participants must wear appropriate sports clothing and non-marking sport shoes.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the hall; smoking is allowed in designated outdoor
  areas.
• The use of intoxicating substances and being under the influence of alcohol or drugs is
  strictly prohibited; violators may be asked to leave.
• Pets are only allowed with prior approval from Padel Powers.
• Bringing your own food and beverages into the bar or café areas is not permitted.
• Separate sanitary facilities are available for men and women. Removal of hygiene
  products from the club is prohibited.
• Personal belongings must be cleared from lockers and shoe racks upon leaving. Items
  left behind will be stored at reception for 14 days before being disposed of.
• Padel Powers is not responsible for valuables, jewelry, or money left in lockers or other
  areas.

• Rackets are available for rent for a fee.

• Players are responsible for the condition of rented equipment and must return it in its
  original state.
• In the event of damage to rented equipment, Padel Powers reserves the right to demand
  compensation from the client.

• Players must keep the courts clean and tidy after use.

• All trash must be disposed of in designated bins.

• All activities are undertaken at the player’s own risk.

• The club is not liable for damages or injuries caused by non-compliance with staff
  instructions, overestimating one’s physical abilities, or negligence.
• Warm-up exercises before playing are recommended.
• The club is not responsible for injuries sustained during play.
• Aggressive, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate behavior is prohibited and may result
  in immediate expulsion.
• All players are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward other customers,
  staff, and the facilities.
• Any damage caused by misuse of facilities or equipment will be charged to the
  responsible customer.

• We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring their own health and fitness for physical activity.

• Special terms may apply for events, tournaments, or coaching sessions, which will be
  communicated at the time of booking.

• By participating, you consent to Padel Powers using photographs or videos taken during
  events for promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing before the event.

• We process personal data in accordance with applicable Czech and EU data protection
  laws.

• Details of our privacy practices are available in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Czech courts.

• Violating the operational rules may result in expulsion from the premises.

• Management reserves the right to impose financial penalties or ban entry for repeated
  violations or damage to club property.

• Renting courts for commercial purposes without prior written approval from Padel Powers is strictly prohibited.

• This includes, but is not limited to, organizing commercial training sessions, paid
  lessons, tournaments, corporate events, brand campaigns, advertisements, or other
  profit-making activities.
• Unauthorized commercial use may result in a fine of CZK 10,000 per occurrence, in
  addition to applicable court rental fees, and may lead to temporary or permanent bans
  from the club.
